About Beda Sales

A sales floor in Bali, run by someone who's built them before

Beda Sales started with a simple observation: most companies don't have a sales problem. They have a sales function problem. The product is good, delivery is good, and there's nobody whose entire job is filling the pipeline and running the people who close it.

So we built that function once, properly, and made it something a company can rent instead of build. A Sales Director on the account. Reps recruited against the product. A CRM that's used. A calculator with a ceiling. A weekly number in the same format every week.

The floor is in Bali because it costs less to run an office here. That's the only reason. Our people are native English speakers who have sold into the markets they call, and they work those markets' hours.

  • Ali

    Analytics & Operations

The numbers behind the floor. Pipeline data, reporting, and the systems that run in the background so the weekly review is about decisions, not spreadsheets.

  • Ties

    Coordination & Onboarding

Contracts, onboarding, admin. The reason nothing gets dropped between a signed deal and a working seat.

01

Performance is not optional

Contractor terms are reversible on both sides. If someone is not performing, they are not there. A non-performer surviving six months tells everyone else that underperformance is survivable. That's how sales teams rot.

02

The team trains the team

The first cohort is trained deeply and becomes the trainers for the next. The floor doubles itself instead of growing one cautious hire at a time.

03

Mutually beneficial by definition, not by intention

Retainer and seat costs are cost recovery. If all we walk away with is the retainer, the engagement has failed on our side. The only version where we win is the one where your numbers are hit.

04

Cheaper is not the argument

The comparison gets us in the room. A real sales floor, run properly, is what keeps us there.
