Beda Sales. Built around your business.
We build it, staff it and run it. The reps, the CRM, the pricing tools, the lead generation, the training and the weekly numbers. Our floor is in Bali. Our people have sold into the markets they're calling.
No lock-in. Your hours. Recruitment risk on us.

One weekly review.
Matt, your team, your numbers.
Recruitment is the beginning. We build the things your team needs to turn a conversation into a customer.

From call to close.
Calls. Conversations. Meetings. Pipeline.
The planning ramp for a new BDM on a long-cycle commercial sale.
The modelled in-house cost of one BDM hire that doesn't work out.
Illustrative: $100k salary, 12% on-costs, 15% recruitment fee and six months of employment.
Sound familiar?
Most conversations with us start with one of these.
We do both.
We recruit, train and manage the people. They work inside your CRM, under your brand, on your process. You direct the work. We handle everything that comes with employing a sales team.
You tell us the number. We run the lead generation, the calls, the follow-up and the reporting. Nothing to manage on your side except the results.
Turn up to the meetings we book, price the job, deliver it. That's it.
A BDM costs you a salary, super, a recruiter and three months before they sell anything. If they don't work out, you start again. We take that risk off your side. Our people are on our books, not yours. When one doesn't work out, we replace them and you don't pay for the gap.
| In-house | |
|---|---|
| Month one | $58,667 |
| First six months | $610,633 |
| Twelve months | $1,344,233 |
| Steady state, per month | $122,267 |
Director on $200k, BDMs on $100k plus super, recruiter fees at 15%. Same team, same hiring schedule. The same function through BEDA runs at roughly a third of this. Matt will give you the number on the call.
A new BDM takes five months to produce at full rate. That's the physics of a long-cycle commercial sale, not a training failure.
Every BDM ramps on their own curve from their own start date. The company target in any month is just the sum of where everyone sits on it.
The floor is a planning baseline, not a ceiling. The cost base doesn't move with performance. A team selling at twice the floor runs on exactly the same seats. Everything above the floor is yours.

Most companies that move sales overseas do one thing: they buy hours from a call centre and hope. The calls sound wrong, nobody manages the team, and six months later the experiment gets quietly shut down.
Our floor is in Bali because it costs less to run an office here than in a capital city. That's the only reason. Everything else is built to look like a good sales team in your market, because that's what your customers are on the phone with.
If you've been burned by an overseas sales team before, ask us about that on the call. It's a fair question and we've got a straight answer.
We build both sides. The team that sells, and the brand and material that make the sale easier. Zidane Mouldino runs this half: brand strategy, visual identity, marketing strategy, the lead generation engine, campaign and content, and every asset a rep opens in front of a customer.
This site, the BEDA Energy brand and Matt's LinkedIn were all built by the same team. Ask us to show you the before and after.
Who you are before you're what you sell. Positioning, messaging, architecture.
An identity that survives contact with a sales floor.
Where the pipeline is going to come from, on paper, with a budget.
Everyone's automating the send. We automated the research and left the sending to a person.
The words that do the work before the call.
Decks, proposals, pricing calculators and the site the lead landed on.

Commercial solar is where we started and where we're deepest. The model works anywhere the sale takes months and the deal is worth the wait.
Start with one or two. Add the rest once the first seats are producing.
Thirty minutes with Matt. He'll ask what you sell, who's selling it now, and where it's getting stuck. If we're not right for you, he'll tell you on the call.
No lock-in. We reply within one business day.
Either way, we'll do it BEDA.
