How it works

Eight steps. The first four happen before your team sells anything. The last four don't stop.

First calls inside the first month

Setup, recruitment and training run in parallel. The exact week depends on your product and your market. Matt will give you a date, not a range.

Before your team sells anything

  1. 01

    Understand

We learn what you sell, who buys it, and how your current sales process works. Including the parts that don't.

    Both
  2. 02

    Build

We recruit against that, not against a generic job ad. The CRM, the calculator and the workflows get built in the same window.

  3. 03

    Train

Your product, your systems, your objections. Run by us, signed off by you. Recorded once, reused for every cohort.

    BEDA
  4. 04

    Launch

The team goes live. We listen to calls from day one.

    BEDA

And then it doesn't stop

  1. 05

    Measure

You see calls, conversations, meetings and pipeline every week. Same format every week.

    Both
  2. 06

    Refine

Whatever the numbers say isn't working, we change. Script, list, cadence, person.

    BEDA
  3. 07

    Scale

More seats once the first ones are producing, not before. The first cohort trains the next.

    Both
  4. 08

    Grow

The long version: a floor that runs itself, a target that compounds, and a Sales Director still in the room.

    Both

Three stages

  1. Stage 1

    Setup

    Months 1 to 3

The investment, and it is mutual. The model, the sales assets, the CRM, the calculator, the workflows, the training material. First rep onboarded and proving the concept.

  2. Stage 2

    Build

    Growth and first return

Additional reps onboarded, lead generation ramped, pipelines filled, deals installed. The first cohort is trained deeply. They become the trainers.

  3. Stage 3

    Scale

As big and as fast as both sides can handle

Every lead generation component ramped, automation across the board. The team doubles itself. Trained reps train the next cohort.

The pace is yours to set. Contractor terms make it adjustable in both directions.

How targets are set

Nobody is measured against a number they haven't had time to reach

A new BDM takes five months to produce at full rate. That's the physics of a long-cycle commercial sale, not a training failure.
